I have been a client of Danielle’s for the past 7+ years. Over that time, she has been my mentor in every aspect of horses: from ownership, care, training, riding, showing, business and more. I have never met anyone in the horse industry who has as much love and respect for these animals as she does. Any horse who is under her care or training is so much better for it. Any rider who is learning from Danielle is always safe, while gaining horsemanship skills that will take them past their goals no matter what they are learning. She has always been able to bring out the best in her riders and horses. There is nobody that I would trust more than Danielle to teach myself—or my kids—to become the best we can be for the horses that we love.

We LOVE Silver Birch Stables!! My daughter has been riding here for five years now. We went through four different barns before finally finding Silver Birch, and it was like a breath of fresh air; we will never ride with anyone else.
The owner and instructor, Danielle, is absolutely amazing. She was exactly what we had been searching for: professional, knowledgeable, attentive and concerned for her riders’ safety. Within one lesson, Danielle was able to correct bad habits my daughter had acquired from previous instruction elsewhere. The level of expertise in comparison to what we had grown accustomed to was astonishing.
Not only has my daughter grown as a rider, she has also grown as a person; that is a direct result of the phenomenal example Danielle sets as her instructor. She pushes her riders to excel and equips them with all the tools they need to do so. She has instilled confidence, dedication and a great work ethic in my teen daughter that I am beyond grateful for. The atmosphere at the barn is always encouraging, and the riders excel as a result. Danielle is not just an unparalleled riding instructor, she is also a mentor and role model that any parent would be ecstatic to have their child look up to and want to emulate.
If there is one word I would use to describe why this barn is so amazing it would have to be passion. Danielle is passionate about horses and she shares that passion with her riders. She truly loves what she does and it shows.

Seven years ago when my daughter was 14 yrs old, I was in search for a riding instructor and a friend recommended Danielle to me. Although she was a few miles away we took the drive hoping that she would be a good fit for us. Little did we know then what a blessing this young woman would be to our lives. Danielle's skill with her horses and students is amazing. She has brought my daughter up from an unsure nervous rider to one who now has immense skill, confidence and understanding of everything that horsemanship entails. Lily had been riding horses for a while and mainly hunter jumpers. We had to find a new trainer and went to three or four different barns around the Clermont/Winter Garden area. By the last one, Lily was in tears and wanted to quit riding altogether… even though she had great talent. A friend of ours recommended we try one more trainer… when we met, Lily fell in love immediately with the stable, horses and especially Danielle. In the two years we’ve worked together, it has been a great experience with positive reinforcement for both horse and rider. Lily has grown as a rider and as a person, winning multiple shows and qualifying for Regional Championships in Georgia…
We highly recommend Danielle to all of our family and friends – both equestrian riders and non-riders; we won’t be going anywhere else. We are learning more and more each time we are at the barn (every weekend). We couldn’t be happier with our choice. After having an unpleasant experience with a riding instructor my mother and I were in the search of a new trainer. That's when we found Danielle, which was the best thing that could have happened. Under her guidance, I developed skills and gained an understanding of horses that goes beyond riding: it has added to my horsemanship and the joy horses bring me. She corrected old bad habits with patience and encouragement. She taught me how to work and communicate with horses, not just in the saddle but on the ground as well. The knowledge I have gained from her is priceless and I am forever grateful to have her in my life.

My daughter has been riding with Danielle for over 9 years. She has always dedicated herself fully to her students and to the care of her horses. She provides a safe and educational riding experience; safety is always a top priority… I have always trusted my daughter was in the best of hands. What started out as a fun after school activity, has grown into a love for riding, a love for the horses at Silver Birch, and a lasting bond between my daughter and her instructor, Danielle.
I fell in love with horseback riding when I was 7 and started to show a year or two later and loved it... About 3 years ago, I needed a new trainer. Finding a trainer that was perfect for me, fit all of my needs, and was able to advance my riding skills was very challenging. I rode at every barn we knew about in our area and none of them were right for me. After the last barn, I wanted to quit riding altogether… Then, we had a friend who recommended Danielle to us. At that point, I had given up and was closed-minded to the idea of looking for a trainer. Luckily, my parents convinced me to just try one more time. After my first lesson with Danielle, I instantly fell in love with the barn, the horses in it, and Danielle. I knew she was the perfect trainer for me and have been riding with her for almost 2 years.
Since then, I have become a dressage rider, winning many small and large competitions, even qualifying for this year’s regionals. Danielle has taught me many new skills and has advanced my riding ability significantly. She always uses positive reinforcement and pushes me to be the best rider that I can be. She also creates an endless amount of opportunities for me to gain experience both on and off the horse. I always learn something new at every lesson I have with her. Danielle is not just my trainer, she is someone I look up to and she is someone I look forward to seeing every week.
